Gideon Ampofo

Gideon is an employment lawyer at Zubas Flett Liberatore Law LLP, representing both employees and employers across a range of workplace matters. His practice spans all aspects of employment law, from wrongful and constructive dismissal to human rights and contract review.  Gideon is committed to providing clients with clear, practical advice and effective advocacy at every stage of a matter.

Gideon brings experience from Bay Street and a boutique corporate practice to his work at the firm. That background informs a practical, results-oriented approach to employment law — one focused on cutting through complexity and delivering clear outcomes for clients across a wide range of industries.

Outside of private practice, Gideon has volunteered at community legal clinics and engaged in pro bono work, providing legal assistance to those who need it most. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, reading non-fiction, and travelling.
