Daniel Hassell 

Daniel Hassell is a lawyer at Zubas Flett Law and practices in all areas of employment law and human rights matters arising at the workplace. Daniel acts for employees, contractors/consultants, and employers in a wide range of employment law subject matters, including workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination, executive compensation arrangements, workplace investigations, employment standards, and wrongful/unjust dismissals.

Daniel’s compassionate and understanding nature helps guide employees in their employment relationships before, during and after their tenure. Using his extensive knowledge of law, Daniel helps employees assess features of their employment contracts such as compensation structures, termination provisions and restrictive covenants and non-compete clauses.

Daniel’s high attention to detail is an asset to employers who wish to implement employment contracts and develop employment policies/practices in order to comply with statutory obligations and proactively address potential human resources issues.
